My experience and knowledge along with holding a A&P / IA License gives me the expertise to manage a wide variety of technical services and provide my customers the one-on-one support they need. With more than 20 years of aviation experience, I have grown a passion for continued learning, mentorship and leading others to success. Most recently I was Director of Maintenance for a highly accredited Part 135 Operator where I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to build and run a successful department. I have built many relationships with very talented and experienced individuals within the industry and find myself fortunate to call these people friends. I am excited to have Co-Founded Aviation Technical Advisor and the future success.

Tara Adamson, Co-Founder
I have had the privilege to work alongside many influential aviation experts who have shared their knowledge with me, these relationships have not only helped me succeed but also made me more passionate about the industry. My 12 years working for an accredited Part 135 operator as their Quality Assurance Manager gave me much experience working with all departments and I was fortunate to be a part of their Leadership team working on strategic goals for the company. During this time, I also worked towards my Aircraft Technician License and was also recently awarded the NBAA CAM Scholarship. Aviation Technical Advisor gives me the opportunity to work closely with Aircraft Owners and Operators to help them be successful and meet their technical needs.
